This Traditional Yoga class lead by Crystal will open,stretch and strengthen your body as it introduces the foundational principles of yoga and the blending of gentle movement with deep breath. Class runs in 8 week sessions on Fridays at 10:30am NEW LOCATION - 291 BEACH STREET - CAMP COCHIPIANEE. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, scarves or bands, water, and dress casual for ease of movement.Cost is $25 for 8 weeks, $5 for drop-ins.Thank you to Goshen Community Care for helping to fund this program!

Jackie Nemcik of Harwinton Ambulance is offering a Babysitter's Training Class on Sunday April 27 at Camp Coch from 9a-3p.  Learn good babysitting practice, care for infants and children, to be good a leader and role model, problem solving, handle emergencies such as injury, illness and household accidents, and more.The class is $85 per person which includes the book required for class and your certification.  Sign up by April 18th at goshenrec.com or call Erin for information 860-601-6089
