Those over 60 years old, Silver Sneakers(R) or Renew Active insurance option is welcome. Suggested donation is $2 per class.  Everyone is welcome.This is a low impact class, focused on movement and strength in a non-strenuous way.  Participants will use balls, bands, and weights that are comfortable for them. There will be both standing and sitting exercises, with modifications offered to those who need them. Participants should wear loose fitting or exercise style clothing and sneakers, and bring water. An extra snack for the break till basketball would be helpful and a water bottle. Children should have sneakers and comfortable clothes for this program. The door to the school cannot be left unlocked so, unless you are dropping off before 4pm, you will not be able to get into the gym until pick up at 4:45pm.  Cost is $15 per participant.

Each month your child will create a new painting!Children will take the bus to Camp Coch whereErin and Carolyn will greet them and get themstarted on their painting!Cost is $22 per participant.Program ends at 5pm, but please note, some kiddosmay need a little extra time to finish up their masterpiece!Registration required.Bus transportation from school is provided. A note MUST be provided, from a parent, indicating your child will be attending the class and taking the bus to Camp Coch.Bus information will be supplied upon payment.
