Learn the basics and fundamentals of field hockey with Coaches Colleen, Rita and Michaela on Mondays at the GCS field, after school until 4:45pm. Girls will learn stick and ball work, rules, and play in program games. Players will need their own water bottle, and stick. Cleats are preferred, eye guards are recommended. $10 fee to play. If you need equipment please see the sports exchange area by the Recreation Office in Town Hall or call Erin. Each player will get a mouth guard, shin guards and socks.
