Silver Sneakers(R) to Goshen!
Mondays at 9:00am starting
January 8, 2024 in the Kobylenski Lodge
at Camp Cochipianee, 291 Beach Street
Open to all!! Those over 60 years old, Silver Sneakers(R)
or Renew Active insurance option is welcome.
Suggested donation is $2 per class. 
Everyone is welcome.
This is a low impact class, focused on
movement and strength in a non-strenuous way. 
Participants will use balls, bands,
and weights that are comfortable for them.
There will be both standing and sitting exercises,
with modifications offered to those who need them.
Participants should wear loose fitting or
exercise style clothing and sneakers,
and bring water.
