Day Trip for 60+ • Register • View Cart •

Join Goshen Recreation on a Day Trip to museums, parks, galleries, and other points of interest in Connecticut offered each month. These trips will include the price of admission to the venue, lunch will be at the participants expense, unless otherwise noted. Entertainment during the bus ride, provided by the Director, is free of charge!  As most venues require prepaid ticket purchases, payment must be made in advance, online or in person with Erin. There are no refunds unless the trip is cancelled by the Recreation Department. If you have suggestions for a day trip, please let me know! September 13 - Lyman Orchards in Middlefield. We will spend some time browsing the Apple Barrel Farm Market  and lunch at their deli or we can head to the nearby restaurant 1741 Pub & Grill.  Entire trip is at your own expense. Links and menus below.  Meet the bus at 5 Old Middle Street at 10am 

October 25 - Lunch trip - @ the barn in Granby.  At your own expense.  Menu below. Meet the bus at 11am at 5 Old Middle Street.  

November 22 - Shop till you drop with a trip to the shopping centers in Canton and Avon. We will spend some time at the two major shopping plazas in Canton and Avon where you can do some holiday shopping and have lunch at the restaurants available in each area.  We will stop for a treat at J. Foster ice cream after a day of shopping!  All at your own expense.  Shopping center directories below.  Meet the bus at 9:30am at the parking lot at 5 Old Middle Street.
